Summary: Definitely not a 5 star hotel! Really dissoppointed overall. So many issues. Staff were generally very friendly especially Amin and Rabia whom were helpful. I would definitely not recommend this hotel!

Summary: Lovely hotel, all staff are amazing and always there to help, food is lovely everything about this hotel is amazing! I have been here so many times and continue to be a lovely place to stay, definitely a place to go if you are travelling to Tunisia you won’t be disappointed!!
